• Eligible orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.
• Orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

If an order cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, customers will receive the delay, cancellation, and refund options required by law.

8. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment in the El Sobrante and Hercules, California area.

• Pickup is available Saturdays and Sundays only.
• Pickup arrangements must be confirmed in advance.
• Customers have 7 calendar days after receiving notification that their order is ready to complete pickup.
• Orders not collected within that period will be canceled and fully refunded.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may request cancellation before an order is shipped or collected.

Due to the nature of our research materials, standard returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

Exceptions may apply to:

• Damaged products.
• Defective products.
• Incorrect products.

Approved claims may qualify for a refund or replacement.
