How Local Pickup Works

1. Select Local Pickup during checkout.
2. Once your order and payment have been verified, our team will contact you by email or text.
3. We will coordinate a convenient pickup time and location for Saturday or Sunday.
4. Bring your order confirmation or order number when collecting your purchase.

Pickup Information

• Pickup is available Saturdays and Sundays only.
• All pickups are by appointment only.
• Exact pickup locations are shared privately after order confirmation.
• Please wait for confirmation before arriving at the pickup location.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact us in advance.

7-Day Pickup & Refund Policy

• Customers have 7 calendar days from the date they are notified that their order is ready to complete pickup during our designated weekend hours.
• If an order is not collected within this period, it will be automatically canceled and a full refund will be issued.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the original payment method.
